You can be confident we will do it RIGHT!

Choosing what you want embroidered

The products that can receive embroidery is growing as the machines themselves change. We tell our customers often, “If we can hoop it and the machine can put a needle through it, we can embroider the item.” This holds true for most items, but if you have a doubt, please call us.

We also tell our customers that you need to be mindful of what you choose to be embroidered, if you intend to launder the item. Laundered items may shrink, but embroidery doesn’t. If you are selecting an item you intend to wear on a regular basis, consider a blend of 40% cotton/60% polyester.

The best results we have seen come from ordering from a company that supplies to commercial embroidery companies. We have several companies that we do business with and would be happy to help you choose the right item for your need. You would be amazed the styles, fabrics, and colors they are offering. Below are three companies that we order from.  Feel free to browse their site for inspiration.

Choose what you want on the item

Many customers come to us with a company logo that they would like on their items. You may want a pocket logo (small logo around 4 inches long) that can be placed on the chest on either the left or right side. Most customers choose the left side, but either side in appropriate. We have a collection of 4,000, pre-digitized (digitized means converted from print to embroidery language) items for you to choose as well. If you choose something we already have, there is no additional charge for using the item.

Having Your Logo Digitized (If Needed). If you have not ever had your logo digitized, we can help you with that. Digitizing is a highly specialized art and we feel needs to be done by a professional. We have a digitizer that we work with the will give us an estimate before the work is completed and complete the work in a timely fashion, usually within 24 hours. We fill confident that it is important to have it done right. We DO NOT charge you a flat fee to accomplish the digitizing. We pass the cost that we are charged by the digitizer onto you. They charge by the number of stitches and small pocket size logos generally cost $20-30 to have digitized. This is a one-time cost. The logo is then ready to apply to your item.

Quick Turn around
When you are ready to place your order, we can tell you when you can pick your items up. We pride ourselves on a two week turn around for most orders. Larger orders may require additional time and we will let you know this when you place your order.

We will keep you informed if we should experience a delay in receiving your order from our supplier or if we should experience a machine breakdown. Again, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
